 American actor Halle Maria Berry (/haeli/, born Maria Halle Berry on August 14 in 1966.) When she began her modeling career and a number of beauty competitions. She won the Miss USA first runner-up and Miss World 1986 sixth. Her film debut was with Boomerang (1992) in which she starred with Eddie Murphy. This led to performances in The Flintstones (1994), Bulworth (191998), as well as Introducing Dorothy Dandridge (1999). In recognition of her performance as a widow trying to make ends meet in the romantic drama Monster's Ball (2001), she was awarded the Academy Award for Best Actress. She was the sole Black woman to be awarded the award , and was the only female of color to win the award. Additionally, Storm was one of four films of the X-Men series.
