 Amanda Michelle Seyfried, /'saIfred/SY-fred was born on December 3, 1985, and is an American actress. Her birthplace was in Allentown, Pennsylvania and began modeling at 11 years old. When she was 15 she began to try to act, and was cast in a regular role in the role of Lucy Montgomery on the CBS soap opera As the World Turns (1999–2001). Joni Stafford appeared in the ABC soap opera All My Children (2003-2004). Her debut feature film appearance in Mean Girls (2004) and her frequent appearances on ABC's All My Kids (2003) as Lilly Kane and Lucy Montgomery (both CW/Hulu) made her famous.
