Chris Bauer

 American actor Mark Christopher Bauer was born on October 28, 1966. His TV roles include The Wire and Third Watch, True Blood and Survivor's Remorse. He was also a part in The Deuce and Apple TVand the original space science fiction drama series For All Mankind. He has also been in Broadway in A Streetcar Named Desire and has appeared in roles in the plays of John Patrick Shanley, Jez Butterworth, as well as David Mamet. When he auditioned for his first role on Jimmy McNulty, he was turned down. He also played the New York Yankees' player Bob Cerv in Billy Crystal's film of 2001, 61*. He's played a range of television roles on networks and has a regular part in Fred Yokas's character Fred Yokas (husband of Officer Faith Yokas) on the NBC series Third Watch.
