 Hilary Erhard Duff, born on September 28, 1987 was an American actor. Many awards have been presented to her such as seven Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards and four Teen Choice Awards, and two Young Artist Awards. As a child, she began her acting career. Her first role was quickly described as an teenager idol. In later years, she was in independent films in the form of a variety of adult-themed characters. These included War, Inc. (2008), According to Greta (2009), The Haunting of Sharon Tate (2017) that was based on the Tate-LaBianca murder. Duff was the main character in Kelsey Peters, TV Land's longest-running show Younger. She was awarded two People's Choice Awards nominations for the role. She is the creator and lead of How I Met Your Father, Sophie, as of 2022.
