Whitney Cummings was born September 4th in 1982. She is an American actress, comedian producer, writer, director and investor as well as a podcaster. She started standup comedy in 2004, and became a frequent participant on the Chelsea Lately roundtable. After composing, producing and starring on Whitney, a sitcom that aired on NBC in which she played an unreplicatable, semi-fictionalized character of her own. The show aired for two seasons, before it was pulled in 2013. Cummings also co-created CBS the sitcom 2 Broke Girls in 2011. The show aired for two seasons before it was removed in the year 2013. Cummings followed it up with another standup show called I Love You (2014). The third stand-up special, I'm Your Girlfriend was first made available by HBO in the year 2016. The show was released in the form of an album streaming audio in 2021. In the year 2018, she started recording.
