Deborah Ann Ryan (born May 13, 1993) is an American actress as well as a singer and performer. Ryan started acting professionally at the age of seven. The actress was found by Disney Channel in a nationwide search. She was a part of The Suite Life on Deck as Bailey Pickett from 2008 to the year 2011. In the Disney Channel Original Movie 16 Wishes (2010) in which she was Abby Jensen. Ryan was also in the independent theatrical film What If... in 2010 as Kim Walker. Ryan also appeared in the Disney Channel television series Jessie from 2011 until 2015. Tara Adams appeared in Radio Rebel in 2012. In addition, she played the character as Patty Bladell in Insatiable (2018)-2019. Ryan gained notoriety for her singing on the soundtracks to Disney's films. The group she formed later became The Never Ending, and performed in North America with them in 2015 as part of the Fifth Harmony's Reflection Tour.
